Activities

This page gathers free activities that can be used alongside Meet a Mathematician interviews. Some activities were created specifically to extend an interview or explore ideas, experiences, or mathematics discussed by a featured mathematician. These activities can be used in classrooms, math circles, math clubs, informal learning programs, and community events. Browse by topic or age group to find an activity that fits your setting.

We welcome contributions and recommendations from educators, students, mathematicians, math circle leaders, and other members of the community. You may contribute an activity that you created or one that you have permission to share by providing its original source/authorship. Submissions are reviewed by the Meet a Mathematician team for relevance, clarity, and fit with the collection before they are added to the page.
